Return and Exchange Policies

 Returns

All sales are final - With the exception of defects or damaged merchandise. Refunds will only be provided if the merchandise was purchased directly from Retro Brands. Refund requests must be made within ten (10) days of receipt of the merchandise. Refunds will be provided to the original form of payment. Custom merchandise with uploaded images, or embroidery are not eligible for return.

To be eligible for a return and refund, your merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  Please attach pictures of the defects or damage, your original receipt and include your order number in your email. Our support team will respond to your email with instructions on how to return the merchandise. Once the merchandise is received a refund will be process within 10 business days?.

Pre-paid return shipping labels are not provided, shipping is paid by the consumer and is not reimbursed.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Retro Brands will only replace defective or damaged merchandise. If you require an exchange, please send an email to support@retrobrandsatl.com.
